Meet our WMN of the month of November and December, Shanaz!

As our VP of Events, Shanaz has been at the heart of every WMN initiative from leading her pillar with creativity, organization, and unyielding positivity. From hosting weekly meetings to coordinating event logistics and outreach, she consistently gives 110% to ensure every project flows seamlessly.

Shanaz’s ability to combine strategic planning with a strong creative vision has been essential to the success of our events, including her extensive work reaching out to companies for our Women in Leadership Networking Night. She’s always present at events, socials, lunch and learns, and team meetings offering support, encouragement, and contagious positive energy.

Her directors describe her as uplifting, hardworking, and the true backbone of the Events team. Shanaz, thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the joy you bring to WMN. We’re so lucky to have you!

Alisha Jarvis

Meet our WMN of the month for September and October, Alisha Jarvis!

As our Director of Administration Engagement Coordinator, Alisha has been instrumental in organizing and leading internal efforts, from managing logistics and ensuring everything and everyone stays on track.

From assisting with our September hiring to volunteering at our Women in Leadership Networking Night, Alisha has been a key factor in the successful and seamless execution of numerous tasks and events.
